Order Processing & Personalisation
All orders containing personalised items require time to engrave before dispatch. We process and engrave orders placed before 2pm AEST on the same business day. Orders after 2pm are processed the following business day.
Standard processing time is 1–2 business days for personalised orders. Non-personalised orders are dispatched same-day if placed before 2pm AEST.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your parcel via Australia Post or the Sendle tracking portal, depending on which carrier is used.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your parcel, please check with neighbours and your local post office first. Then contact us at hello@kidsdecor.com.au.
Delivery Areas
We ship to all Australian states, territories, and postcodes. Some remote and rural postcodes may attract an additional freight surcharge — this will be calculated at checkout.
Packaging
All orders are packed securely to prevent damage in transit. We use minimal, recyclable packaging. Gift orders are wrapped in tissue paper with a ribbon. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with a photo.
