Non-personalised items

  • 30-day return window from date of delivery
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Full refund or exchange offered
  • Return shipping at customer's expense

Personalised items

  • Cannot be returned for change of mind
  • Full replacement if there is an engraving error on our part
  • Full replacement or refund if item arrives damaged or faulty
  • Please check name spelling carefully at checkout

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or we made an error with the personalisation, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You do not need to return the damaged item.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us

    Email hello@kidsdecor.com.au with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

  2. We approve

    Our team will review and reply within 1 business day with return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

  3. Ship it back

    Pack the item securely and drop it at any Australia Post outlet. Use the return label we provide.

  4. Refund or exchange

    Once we receive the item, we process your refund within 2–3 business days, or dispatch your exchange immediately.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Afterpay and Zip Pay refunds follow their respective platform timelines.
